Why still broken :-(

I know that PG switched to a different platform for delivering their magazines, but this platform is less functional and not at all stable. Crashes 100% of the time trying to download the current issue. Back issues its crashes from time to time while downloading...

So much for buying an electronic only subscription to cut down on the tree usage and not being able to download it... Argh...

Great magazine, terrible electronic delivery platform.

You would think that after running an e-magazine for three or four plus years they would have this well established.... :-( :-(
